IT257 – Clever Electronic 16A PDUs CLEVER PDUs are designed for power distribution within 19” cabinets and racks, and for easy mounting, either horizontally (conventionally fitted to rack rails) or vertically (mounting to any flat surface), and can be orientated for side and reverse mounting.
All CLEVER PDUs are built on a modularized structure so that a Customer’s technical, mechanical and electrical requirements can be fully met within a reasonable build-time.
CLEVER PDUs are designed to meet or exceed international standards, (we comply with all relevant EU directives) and to be easy and safe to install and use.
CLEVER PDUs can be built for single or three-phase applications and for voltages of 110VAC to 230VAC.
POWER INPUT can be via a connector (socket) or captive mains cable, with input located left/right, front/back, and presented for single or double input.
PDUs with load ratings from 10A-96A are available and can handle power up to 24000W.
CLEVER PDUs are available with any type of power sockets so that all technical, space and safety requirements can be exactly met. Up to 46 output sockets can be installed in a single PDU.
CLEVER PDUs can be built to include various control and safety options, such as Master or individual socket switches, overall or per-socket breakers, surge protection, power indicators and meters.
CLEVER PDU digital ammeters can be fitted in any location horizontally or vertically, and can be used in conjunction with an overload protection breaker.
CLEVER PDU customisation can include colour-coded sockets, socket banks and PDUs.
CLEVER PDU output socket contact parts are made from phosphor bronze, for long wear resistance, diamagnetism and corrosion resistance so that an average socket has an expected minimum life in excess of 5000 insertion/disconnect cycles with no loosening, no sparking, and reliable electrical conductivity and connectivity. Plastic housing parts are made from PC/ABS materials, to resist heat with no mechanical deformation or change below 120℃, and have fire-retardant characteristics in accordance with the UL94-V0 standard.
